Tiny little balloons are one of my favourite party decorations. So cute and versatile these balloons can be filled with helium (a tiny and very inexpensive amount!) or can be blown up with puff. There are lots of great things that you can do with these little balloons, however you choose to use them they are sure to be a real 'crowd pleaser'.
