I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your company. I placed an order late on Sunday night for some party supplies which are for my daughters 12th birthday party tomorrow. I couldn't believe it when I had an email the very next morning to confirm that the order had been shipped!

I had been sent an email from a member of staff stating that some of the items I ordered were out of stock and suggested an alternative or refund, unfortunately I was too late in replying before the order was sent out but an alternative was sent out anyway. What a beautiful surprise I had when I opened the box. The colours were better than I imagined and everything mixed and matched fabulously. It has been a dream of mine to host a party for my daughter in lovely surroundings and with a gorgeous pink and lilac table setting. I definitely achieved this and all the mothers commented on it too

I placed an order on the 8th of August, and rang on the 13th of August to trace it as I had not received it. The gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to trace my order, which had been sent back to them due to my paypal giving inaccurate address details, he then went onto resend my order and phone me for address confirmation to make sure I receive my parcel. I don't usually write customer reviews but the level of customer service I received today was truly amazing, so I want to let everyone know that my first experience with this company was that good, I advise checking them out.
