We have a huge range of confetti for you to choose from of tissue (biodegradable) and metallic (non-biodegradable) 25mm confetti circles, choose a mix of any of these to make truly original confetti balloons. Each gorgeous balloon is filled with a generous handful of your custom confetti mix. Balloons are supplied uninflated
