Handmade Balloon Tassels

Our Balloon Tassels arrive 'unfluffed'. To fluff, simply hold the long end of ribbon and flick out the tassel in front of you. You can give it some 'wellie' and don't worry if a few tassels fall off, the overall tassel will still look great! See the clip below.
