Personalised Party Bag DIY

by Jo Williams January 15, 2018

These kids party bag pails are our favourite thing for kids parties. The pails are the perfect size for a few treats and a piece of cake plus the little handle make them perfect to be carried home.

Personalised Party Bag Tutorial

You will need:

- Party Food Pails

- Latex Balloons (we used 5" but they look just as cute 11" balloons)

- Helium

- Alphabet Stickers (if you want to personalise your balloons)

- A selection of cute party bag toys

These are so easy they take no time at all! Simply fill your pail with treats, fill the balloons with helium and attach with string. Personalise the balloons or the box itself with Alphabet stickers.

(n.b. if you you tiny 5" balloons only use sewing cotton for string as its lightweight, remember these tiny balloons wont stay inflated for long, just a couple of hours.)

Time

These don't come assembled so allow yourself enough time for folding the foil into strips and attaching with bands. Looked lovely on the fireplace (not lit!)

Order enough

This only filled 2 numbers and two 16in orbs so definitely order more than you need and note it gets expensive!!! Do a design that allows you to use air and hang upside down and save helium for where you really need it.

Just what I needed

Guess what- it was perfect for a hen party! Top quality.

Beautiful!

Took forever to blow up but worth it! Only needed them for 2 nights but a week later they're still alive. :)

Easy to use

I was nervous about using this but having watched the video it was very easy and the helium filled balloons were great and stayed up well.
