Firstly inflate your balloons with helium, be sure to inflate to their full size. Then attach a length of balloon ribbon and trim off the excess balloon neck (this reduces the weight enabling the balloon to float for longer).

Lightly spray the balloon with glue, aim for a very light coating with no clogs, it may help if you hold the balloon a ft or more from the spray. (tip: we don't want to add to much weight to the balloon so gently does it!)

Sprinkle the artificial snow lightly onto your balloon! Please note to add a light dusting of snow because any weight that you add to your balloon will effect its float time. These are so easy to make and they look amazing!
