Balloon Tassel Tail Easy DIY Tutorial

Materials needed: 36" Balloon, Shimmer foil Curtain, Curling Ribbon, Decorative Tape

Step 1: Inflate your balloon fully with helium.

Step 2: Open your tassel curtain from its packaging and find the middle of the drop and tie a long length of curling ribbon tightly (this will leave you approx 4ft at the side depending on the length of your curtain).

Step 3: Tie the curling ribbon that is attached to the tassel tightly above the knot of your balloon.

Step 4: Cut off the long neck of the balloon (not too close to the balloon) to neaten.

Step 5: Wrap some Washi or coloured masking tape tightly around the neck of the balloon and the top of the tassel to create a neat collar.

Note: You can split the Shimmer Foil Curtains up to provide smaller tassels for smaller balloons.
