Easiest Quickest Balloon Tassel Tail Ever!
Giant Balloons don't look dressed without tassels, but adding tassel tail garlands to these enormous balloons can be costly and take an enormous amount of crafting. So here is my go to balloon tassel hack, enjoy!
Materials needed: 36" Balloon, Shimmer foil Curtain, Curling Ribbon, Decorative Tape
Step 1: Inflate your balloon fully with helium.
Step 2: Open your tassel curtain from its packaging and find the middle of the drop and tie a long length of curling ribbon tightly (this will leave you approx 4ft at the side depending on the length of your curtain).
Step 3: Tie the curling ribbon that is attached to the tassel tightly above the knot of your balloon.
Step 4: Cut off the long neck of the balloon (not too close to the balloon) to neaten.
Step 5: Wrap some Washi or coloured masking tape tightly around the neck of the balloon and the top of the tassel to create a neat collar.
Note: You can split the Shimmer Foil Curtains up to provide smaller tassels for smaller balloons.
