  • FREE UK Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £70. Order by 3 PM to qualify!

Click & Collect

  • FREE Pickup: Choose the "Pick Up" option at checkout.
  • Location: 2 Uplands, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2TN.
  • Hours: 9 AM–3 PM, Mon-Fri (closed on bank holidays). Saturday collections available by request.
  • Processing Time: Orders take 2-4 hours to process. Wait for an email notification before collecting.

UK Postcode Exceptions

Some postcodes (e.g., AB, BT, FK, PA, PH, PO [Isle of Wight], IM, IV, Channel Islands) may have adjusted delivery times:

  • Next Working Day: May take 2 days.
  • Standard Delivery: May take an additional 1-2 days.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon-Fri) are typically dispatched the same day
  • We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends, courier delivery times are from 8am-6pm unless specified.
  • Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary during busy periods or for remote areas. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day. 
  • The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
  • Couriers deliver between 8 AM–6 PM unless otherwise specified

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. When will my order be sent?
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed before 3 PM (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day.

2. Can I track my parcel?
Yes! You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Need help? Call us at 01372 602179 or email info@prettylittleps.com.

3. What if I’m not home for delivery?
Couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place (e.g., porch, shed). However, delivery to a safe place is at your own risk. Customers can choose for parcels to be delivered to a 'safe place' i.e a shed, neighbour, porch etc. This 'safe place' is customers responsibility, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage once items have been delivered.

4. What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes. If the package is returned by the carrier, we will be happy to issue a refund for the items, or re-ship to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.

5. My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it.
Contact the courier directly with your tracking info. If you need further help, reach out to us.

6. What if my order is incorrect, missing, or damaged?
Let us know within 14 days of receipt, and we'll resolve it quickly. Please keep the contents and the packaging for any claims.

7. Can I return an item?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging (excludes custom products).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If you received a special offer discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
  • Returns received past the allowable date will not be refunded.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging.   Damaged returns cannot be accepted. You may ship the returned item(s) to us at: Pretty Little Party Shop, 2 Uplands, Ashtead, KT21 2TN

DUTIES & TAX

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

VAT

Orders delivered to destinations outside the EEC are not subject to UK VAT and the item prices displayed on the website are reduced accordingly.

Delivery of Helium Canisters & Sparklers

Orders containing helium gas and Sparklers can not be sent to overseas addresses or to non-mainland UK destinations. If you are trying to checkout and no delivery options are visible and you are not based in the UK, please remove these items from your basket.
