We offer FREE delivery to UK addresses for orders over £50 (Standard Delivery) Total spend must be £50 after any other discounts are taken off.



You will receive your parcel within 3 to 4 working days*


(For small orders) Order before 1pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you within 2 working days*


Order before 1pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 7pm the next working day* (orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Fri and delivered the next working day being Monday, orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day*) (this is a 'signed for' service). If you require your parcel by a specific time we offer a by 1pm and a by 10.30am service.


Other Options

We can cater for urgent orders that are required on Saturdays or Next Day before midday and Same Day. Please contact us directly if you need information regarding these services.

Local Free Delivery and Collection Services
We offer a completely FREE delivery service for our local Customers. If your delivery address is within Postcode areas RH3, KT21 and KT22 use Code LOCALFREEDEL at the checkout for free 2-3 day delivery (if this code is used and the address is outside of these Postcodes we will charge you our Standard Delivery Rate). For collections please contact us to make arrangements.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays, there is no dispatch on the weekend unless requested. The above delivery schedule is for mainland UK addresses and should only be used as a guide, during busy periods or following a bank holiday delivery timescales may be longer. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day. 

Our shipping is Monday-Friday, we do not dispatch parcels during weekends or on bank holidays. For orders placed after 1pm on a Friday your parcel will dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will dispatched the next working day.

If a 'safe place' is requested it is the customers responsibility we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or missing parcels.

All shipping timeframes including international other than next day are approximate and should only be used as a guide. During busy periods please allow extra time to receive your order.

 Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We will not accept  returns for bespoke items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

We will notify you as soon as a refund or credit is made. Please note that although we will refund funds to your bank/credit provider immediately, in some cases there may be a delay of up to 14 working days before you bank returns your money into your account. 
If you haven’t received an agreed refund, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges and Breakages and Incorrect Items

Any breakages, defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within fourteen days of delivery. Please do not reject parcels from the courier because you suspect the goods are broken, please accept the delivery and contact us. Please note we may ask for photographic evidence of a breakage or an incorrect item.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pretty Little Party Shop, Unit 6 Tanners Court, Brockham, Surrey, RH3 7NH, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note, if you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping/postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
