Please note that from 6th August our warehouse is closed for its annual summer break.

Click & Collect

• FREE Pickup: Choose the "Pick Up" option at checkout.
• Location: 2 Uplands, Ashtead, Surrey, KT21 2TN.
• Hours: 9 AM–6 PM, Mon-Fri (closed on bank holidays). Saturday collections available by request.
• Processing Time: Orders take 2-4 hours to process. Wait for an email notification before collecting.

UK Postcode Exceptions

Some postcodes (e.g., AB, BT, FK, PA, PH, PO [Isle of Wight], IM, IV, Channel Islands) may have adjusted delivery times:

• Next Working Day: May take 2 days.
• Standard Delivery: May take an additional 1-2 days.

Important Shipping Notes

• Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon-Fri) are typically dispatched the same day
• We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends, courier delivery times are from 8am-6pm unless specified.
• Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary during busy periods or for remote areas. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day. 
• The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
• Couriers deliver between 8 AM–6 PM unless otherwise specified

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. When will my order be sent?
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed before 4PM (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day.

2. Can I track my parcel?
Yes! You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Need help? Call us at 01372 602179 or email info@prettylittleps.com.

3. What if I’m not home for delivery? Can I choose for it to be left in a safe place?
Couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place (e.g. neighbour, porch, shed) and you can make this request at our check out. However, delivery to a safe place is at your own risk and we urge you to consider if the place is secure and safe. This 'safe place' is the customers responsibility, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage. If the customer has requested the courier leave items unattended then they accept liability. 

4. Can I make changes to delivery with the courier once the parcel is in the system? 

Yes, If once the parcel is in the system you can change the delivery address or delivery day directly with the courier (either via app/text).  Please note, if a customer changes delivery instructions with a courier directly (i.e to request to be left in a safe place) then liability will also pass to the customer. 

5. What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes. If the package is returned by the carrier, we will be happy to issue a refund for the items, or re-ship to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.

6. My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it.
Contact the courier directly with your tracking info. If you need further help, reach out to us.

7. What if my order is incorrect, missing, or damaged?
Let us know within 14 days of receipt, and we'll resolve it quickly. Please keep the contents and the packaging for any claims.

8. Can I return an item?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging (excludes custom products).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
• If you received a special offer discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
• Returns received past the allowable date will not be refunded.
