Tinsel Fringe Garlands

Tinsel Fringe Garlands add style and shimmer in seconds. A tinsel fringe garland will look great at any party or celebration where you want a touch of glamour. These garlands are a basic one layer fringe (unlike the Luxe Tinsel Fringe). Hang on a feature wall or layer a few for impact, alternativly use a section to attach to the tail of a balloon (you may need to cut the garland depending on how large the balloon is and the weight that it will hold) 9please note these garlands may moult a little due to it's construction)

Each garland is 1.5m long and the fringe depth is 200mm.
